After getting into an argument with a 9/11 conspiracy theorist on Facebook, apparently those sort of people still exist and miraculously haven’t all died as a result of their own stupidity, and seeing some kid post on an FR-S/BRZ group about removing his crash bar for visual purposes, and having multiple people support his idea; it is necessary to indulge in some vintage F1 glory to wash away all the idiocy.
Side note: I do realize in irony in using vintage F1 racing to forget about stupid people, since mortality rates for those drivers could easily be used as the basis of an argument that it was an incredibly stupid endeavor. But I think that the admittance and acceptance of the inherent dangers doesn’t really make it stupid. Also, just listen to those engines!
